Enplas Polyester :-
Enplas Polyester has similar properties as Polyacetal, it is a semi-crystalline polymer that displays enhanced wear characteristics, chemical stability and moisture resistance when compared to acetals. Its low creep and excellent modulus and high continuous use temperature make it an ideal choice for situations where parts are in contact or constant motion.

A key characteristic of these polymers is that they can be quickly and easily machined and are an ideal replacement for many bronze and aluminum applications.
Due to their mechanical properties, Cast Nylons make an excellent low cost, load and sound reduction material. Their low co-efficient of friction makes them an excellent material for bearing applications, eliminating corrosion and reducing lubricating requirements.

One design constraint to bear in mind is that these particular polymers are hygroscopic. Enplas Cast Nylons are guaranteed to be free of pinholes and other defects.

ENPET E :-
Enpet E is an ideal material offering best of both Nylon and Acetal. This material offers higher compressive strength and creep resistance coupled with better dimensional stability compared to Acetal and better wear characteristics than Nylon. It is ideally Suited for heavily loaded precision subject to wear, Solid Lubricant Filled grades which reduce friction and improves wear properties are available.
