Polyacetals :-

This semi crystalline engineering thermo plastic is an excellent choice for a general-purpose polymer. It has a low coefficient of friction, excellent wear properties and is dimensionally stable in wet conditions. Its high mechanical strength, stiffness and low moisture absorption makes it an ideal material for ease of close tolerance machining. Food and porosity free grades are available.

Application

POMH :-

Enplas PolyaceH is a homo-polymer grade Acetal that typically displays higher mechanical strength than Acetal Co-Polymer, but, is not as chemically resistant. Due to resin characteristics, large diameter rods or large cross section plates may some times display center porosity. This particular grade is ideally suited for applications where thin walled tubes or smaller cross section rods and sheets are required.

Application

POMC :-

Enplas PolyaceC is a Co-Polymer grade of acetal. It performs better than the homo polymer at a higher continuous operating temperature. It has good alkali and hydrolysis resistance and UV stability properties. Antistatic and non-Porous grades are available.
