Lubron :-

Enplas Lubrons family of cast nylons with enhanced lubricity. Both solid and liquid lubricants are incorporated into the material matrix; leading to low coefficient of friction, low wear rates and high limiting PV values.

A key characteristic of these polymers is that they can be quickly and easily machined and are an ideal replacement for many bronze and aluminum applications.
Due to their mechanical properties, Cast Nylons make an excellent low cost, load and sound reduction material. Their low co-efficient of friction makes them an excellent material for bearing applications, eliminating corrosion and reducing lubricating requirements.

One design constraint to bear in mind is that these particular polymers are hygroscopic. Enplas Cast Nylons are guaranteed to be free of pinholes and other defects.

Lubron 100 :-

Enplas Lubron 100 is the most economical grade of the Lubron series. This grade has been successfully used in bearing and sliding applications. FDA compliant grades are available.

Enplas Lubron 150 combines advantages of Lubron 100 and MDS grades. It is Useful in wear components of materials handling equipment, gears and bushes.

PA 12G :-

Enplas PA12 G possesses low moisture absorption, high dimensional stability, good mechanical properties

Typical Applications:

Gears, bushes, pumps. rollers, seals and several under water applications as well.


                                    Application

FE MID :-

Enplas FE MID consists of a metal shaft inserted in a matrix of PA12 G. The bond between the interface of metal and polymer exceeds the sheer strength of Nylon. This allows gears of compact design for a given load. The composite works as an integral unit. These are available in diameters ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm and lengths of upto 500 mm.
