Enplas Cast Nylon grades are characterized by excellent thermal and mechanical properties. These polymers are easily machined to precise tolerances. Several Nylon grades are available to suit a wide variety of applications.

                                    Application

Self lubricating, Impact resistant, Molybdenum filled grades are just a few grades available that improve wear resistance, reduce or negate lubricating requirements and display excellent sound dampening characteristics.

Enplas’s ability to manufacture custom shapes and large sizes has transpired into proven applications in Mining, Paper Mills, Food processing and Construction fields, to name a few.


PA6G Natural:
Enplas PA6G Cast Polyamide is a versatile and economical material ideal for use in OEM or maintenance in a wide cross section of industries. It replaces steel, cast iron, bronze, aluminum, rubber and wood or laminated phenolics.

                                    Application

PA6G MDS :-

Enplas PA6G MDS is manufactured by incorporating Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) and other additives to standard Cast Nylon in order to improve wear properties. This material also displays higher compressive strength and excellent impact resistance.

Enpals PA 6G GF :-

This particular polymer is a 30% glass filled grade of polyamide 6. It is characterized by its dimensional stability and enhanced creep resistance. It possesses superior load bearing characteristics at high temperatres.
